I have received several of this type of message at my LISTSERV today, from different nodes. It appears that they are all VAX sites (no flames please). Am I correct in assuming that the MTA at the sending node is trashing the RFC headers by placing them in an improper order ? And if I am correct - there is nothing that I can do on this end ? >Received: from CORNELLC by PCCVM.BITNET (Mailer R2.08) with BSMTP id 2486; Wed , > 18 Dec 91 11:29:27 PST >Received: from CORNELLC by CORNELLC (Mailer R2.08A) with BSMTP id 7717; Wed, 1 8 > Dec 91 14:28:15 EST >Received: from HAMLET by CORNELLC.cit.cornell.edu (IBM VM SMTP V2R2) with TCP; > Wed, 18 Dec 91 14:28:14 EST >Date: Wed, 18 Dec 1991 13:28 CDT >From: [log in to unmask] >Subject: SUB CANINE-L Charlotte Burr >To: [log in to unmask] >Message-id: <[log in to unmask]> >X-Envelope-to: [log in to unmask] >X-VMS-To: IN%"[log in to unmask]" > +---------------------------------------------+-------------------------------+ | Russell N.
