I must mention that some servers will probably die with 9203 anyway. For example, TECMTYVM (the entry backbone server into Mexico) shares BITEARN NODES with the country NETSERV in R/O fashion. This means that NETSERV will receive 9203 and apply it, LISTSERV will croak, NETSERV will receive 9204 and apply it, and then LISTSERV will have to be restarted by hand.
