Well, in theory everyone should install  the fix. In practice, people may
have better things  to do than making sure their  server can accept PROFS
mail from  remote sites...  The good thing  is that this  is a  change to
LSWPLIB only, and as such it  is very likely to be automatically included
in any other fix I might need to issue.
