Well, this is a good and proper question!  My perception is that a
Bitnet member must designate a NODE ADMINISTRATOR, thus the term
NAD!!  This person is identified in the official NODENTRY as retained
by NETSERV.  As to the total privileges, I must defer to others on
the this List.  But, I will say he/she is one powerful son-of-a-gun!!
