This is where the solution I proposed is *perfect* if it's available.
As long as the "newsreader" is not a specific person's account, then there is
no problem, since only the account number of the newsreader could post.
As long as you can reasonably trust the site owner there not to give out
the account access promiscuously, then there's no problem.  To let
individual users post, let them sign on in NOMAIL mode so they respond
to the list but read from their local spool.
