There are 23 "hits" in the lstown-l notebook archives that contains
the strings /help/, /bounce/, and /mail/.
 
Sounds like a good place to start for compiling a FAQ.
 
I assume you could find more "hits" if you just searched on /bounce/.
 
For info on a beginning step for making your own FAQ's from notebook
archives, search the LDBASE-L notebooks for this year, looking for the
sting /ryo/.
