I don't know if this is related to LISTSERV, mailer software, my mail reader (elm) or something else. I sense this is really a question for my local support folks, but I want to filter out any LISTSERV internals as possibilities first. I'm getting usual error messages from the LISTSERV for undeliverable messages. However, rather than showing up in my mail as a single piece of mail, the header is missing an entity that the mail is From, with the result that that message is concatenated to the preceding message. This has only been occurring for a week or two. Again, I don't want to make this list go into mail spools, mailers, and mail readers independent on LISTSERV. I want to know if I can rule out LISTSERV and pursue the problem with local techies or if it's a job for a LISTSERV node maintainer. Clearly it's abberational that "From" doesn't have an id after it. An edited example (to remove names and unrelated message and change headers with X's so LISTSERV will post this message to you): Forwarded message: XFrom [log in to unmask] Thu Apr 1 13:52:34 1993 XPosted-Date: Thu, 01 Apr 93 13:47:09 EST XReceived-Date: Thu, 1 Apr 93 13:52:31 EST XDate: Thu, 01 Apr 93 13:47:09 EST XFrom: A person <[log in to unmask]> XSubject: Whatever the subject was XTo: "Stephen W.
