A lot of sites user Internet  addresses by default but haven't registered
them in BITEARN  NODES, either because they don't know,  they don't care,
or they don't  want to. Without this information,  a subscription request
sent via  TELL and confirmed via  mail will be rejected.  LISTSERV has no
way to know the 2 addresses are the same.
