Set Send= Editor and then set Editor= tech1 Editor= tech2 Editor= tech3 where tech1,2,3 are the user-ids of the few technical people you want to be able to transmit via the list. If a user other than tech1,2,3 sends mail to the list, it won't be distributed to the list but will be sent to the first editor listed.
