I've set-up a new list for our technical support staff to use to broadcast system messages. I would like this list to be a one-way communication, where a user can not respond to a received message. Example: If a tech support person sends out a message "System to be down this Saturday from 9am to noon", I don't want someone sending a message back to the list (of 800+ user ids) asking "Why?" 1) Any suggestions to limit postings to be from 3 or 4 tech support people? 2) Any other comments about settings? Thanks in advance. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - John Clutcher, Systems Planning Specialist/E-mail Postmaster Information Systems Internet: [log in to unmask] Hershey Medical Center Bitnet: [log in to unmask] P.O.
