 That's exactly what's happening in this case.  The address that gets
 served out is,   <[log in to unmask]>  not the user.
 So, if you really want to block him/her out of your LISTSERV, send
 the command,   quiet serve [log in to unmask] off
 and "Stu" won't be able to subscribe to any of your lists.  Although,
 I suspect that that account has been shutdown already. :)
