It's late and I've had to be bright and intelligent in a couple of meetings this PM so pardon any faux pas..... I sent out 1 message to the IBM-MAIN list at UA1VM. I got back a listserv note from RUTVM1 at RUTGERS saying that I'd sent two identical notes. I'm assuming that it got routed to NetNews thru a gateway and then another gateway sent it back to BitNet or some such situation..... Anyway, is this normal behaviour and did my note really get mailed to all the IBM-MAIN peers? I know that UA1VM sent it out because it's in the log and I got a confirmation message. I am assuming that the original got sent an only the psuedo-duplicates are being purged. Just in case this is indicative of a problem, here is the header from the listserv note I got. (I know, I should figure all this out for myself as a learning exercise but to quote Monty Python "My Brain Hurts".....)
