There is no "magic wand" solution. On the one hand you want the files not
to be available to anyone but the subscribers. On the other hand you have
subscribers whose addresses can vary based  on the phase of the moon. How
can  LISTSERV  know  that  [log in to unmask]  is  the  same  guy  as
[log in to unmask]
