Domain netman.iscs.nus.sg has an A record with rrdata of 255.255.255.255.
Unfortunately this is pointed to as an MX handler by domain names such
as ISCS.NUS.SG and our SMTP promptly went into a loop upon getting this
"broadcast". Not sure if it affected other systems on our net or not.

I'm trying to clean up all traces of it here and have written the
zone SOA contact but wanted to warn others just in case it might show up
on their systems. I identified this by a high CPU utilization on my incoming
SMTP server plus an unusually high number of incoming items via TCP.
