I'm having some difficulty modifying the default mailforms. To begin with, the LISTSERV will not place the file for me and sends me back the following error message after I issue an "LSVPUT <filename filetype FM> (PUT" command File "<listname> MAILFORM" is unknown to LISTSERV, PUT request rejected. So, I got the listserv administrator to manually place the file for me, which worked, excepted that the formatting on the document is a total mess. Things that were in columns, got pushed together on the same line and then justified; some paragraphs were indented 1 character while others were not, and in general, the justification made it look awful. Does anyone have any information regading the formatting of those files and how I might be able to exercise a little control over it. Also, since it would appear that I'm going to be fiddling around with this for awhile, can anyone give me any clue as to why the LSVPUT program keeps yelling at me? Finally, I will also be using a WELCOME file. Does that have to be placed with LSVPUT and does it have the same formatting issues as the MAILFORM files? Lissa Mosley [log in to unmask]
