1st, some terms:
        preamble = Discussion of the Fantasy game ShadowRun
        internet = <[log in to unmask]>
        bitnet = <[log in to unmask]>
 
The mail subject gets stripped off when the To line is addressed as:
 
        preamble internet
 
It's not stripped off for any other mail, including
 
        preamble bitnet
        internet
        bitnet
 
Could you forward this on to the list server people, please?
