I recently wrote to an 'internet' list requesting that an id be
removed and included a ps to the effect that I was annoyed that
there was no "errors-to" or "return-path" header that pointed to
someone who could handle errors.

Surprisingly, not only did someone respond to the request, but
they also asked what & where to obtain information on parsing
error messages sent from 'postmast(er)' ids so they could write a
processor to scan 'returned' mail.

These folks sound like willing beginners with limited resources
- what should I tell them ( I don't want to discourage / ignore
ANY requests for help to conform to bitnet quality standards ! )
