OMNET is just trying to complete a MAJOR software/system upgrade that
went into operation on 1 March.  They had also recently fired a lead
programmer, so not everything is up and going properly yet.  My
impression (based on using the new system last week) is that their
staff is trying very hard to keep up and straighten out their
subscribers regarding how to use the new features.
 
My advice would be to give them a break and try your request again in
a month.  It's not a bad service for the scientific community.
