If your downstream sites decide to keep NJE, they will need to move their
connection to another site, which will become their upstream node for
NJE. The LISTSERV-NJE topology will follow automatically. Your server
will be linked to a suitable LISTSERV-NJE server acting as a gateway (so
that NJE users sending a GET XYZ MODULE command to your server actually
get a NJE file in their reader). It can also be linked to any number of
other NJE or TCP/IP servers.

If your downstream sites decide to leave NJE and migrate to
LISTSERV-TCP/IP, their servers will (presumably) be linked to yours, with
yours being linked to a NJE server as described above. There is, however,
no fixed rule; we'll just do whatever is best for spreading the traffic
and minimizing the load.
