In this case, I knew the answer. In most cases, information posted here is new and useful. I'm sure almost everybody on the list knows how to search the archives, but there will always be somebody new who doesn't and the faster they learn, the better. This is not exactly a high traffic list so it is easy just to hit the delete key. The signal:noise ratio is very high--except for a note like this.
