Eric -- Interesting!  But when I cast my original query, Brazil was the
only site which offered.  Now that it has been peered inside the USA, and
I cannot get a response from one site, how could I change sites (even if
an alternative is offered), then re-connect the peers (despite the silence
and inabilities of the existing peer co-owners?)?
