Roger, I don't know about by mail, but if you can run a veronica search
via a gopher client, I know someone has all the RFCs mounted on a
gopher <somewhere>...I ran into them by accident the other day, but
I can't remember where.  To make matters worse, I'm at home and can't
search anything in gopher.  (Something to do with my communications
software)
