I have several demon subscribers like that.  When I get bounced mail from
them (and apparently, one of my subscribers there only logs in once a
*month*, with overflow mail bounced to me in the interim) I set their
subscription to index.  It might be a good policy to generally ask demon
subscribers whose mail regularly bounces to accept a setting of digest or
index as a regular matter.
