It is not required to provide a Digest= keyword in the header unless
you do not archive the list (Notebook= No) and wish to provide a digest.
If your list is archived (Notebook= Yes), Digest= Yes,Same,Daily by
default.  So the users should be getting their digest.  (If you want
to make absolutely sure, you could ask one of them...:)
