As you say the information has been there as well as the means to access it. More than a year ago I've written something to make this information available via gopher. Didn't warn the administrators though ... more than four years ago I complained about GLOBAL lists which either duplicated existing names without peering or were clearly meant for local purposes and thus should have been defined in a manner which would hide them from the world. As LISTSERV administrator I always made sure that the owner(s) understand the concept of the Confidential, Subscription, Review, and Send keywords and their effect.
