Well, since you are asking for advice on this list... to tell you the truth, I can't tell you if what you are experiencing is a result of your system or the use of Listproc. I can only tell you that 'you get what you pay for' when your Internet provider uses a mailing list program that, IMPO, is not up to snuff. You might want to suggest that if they want to offer mailing list services, that they contact sales@lsoft.com.... I don't work for lsoft, but this list is devoted to support of their product.... a quality product IMHO... and as a maintainer of this product, it doesn't get any better. :-) Cheers! --Trish >
