Dear Listowners
 
Last summer someone posted a really useful command, which let the listowner
retrieve a list of members showing the settings on their accounts and the
Julian date of the last time they sent a command to the listserv.  In a fit of
absented-minded-professordom I managed to file it and never find it again.  Can
anyone remember what it was?
