If he had  $35 million he would  not be wasting his  time doing this.
He would have gotten his own machine and his own list.
 
   If he had $35 thousand he would have had a lawyer long ago.
 
   If he had two cents, he would get a life.
 
   The fact that  he has not used a real  lawyer via traditional methods
should tell you about his willingness to  part with his money as much as
it should tell you what a lawyer thinks his legal stance is.
 
   Eric is  quite right: if he  sues you, you  know to sue back  for $35
million plus costs :-).
