Hello all,
 I am not sure if this is the place to ask but, I am going to start a
mailing list about Basic programming. I dont expect alot of people at
the maximum around 75 people, and around 13 messages a day at the very
maximum. I am asking this since my provider says to use a mailing list
program I need to get my own domain name which costs $100 to setup and
around $50/month. This is a non-profit list so if anybody is willing
