I am seeking a listserver which can help me to start a mailing list. This
list is for a non-profite On-line dicussion group IHFC. It's general topic
is social culture and education. Estimated number of subscribers is 200 to
400. Average number of messages to be processed is roughly 1 to 5 messages
per week.
 
I will highly appreciat if anyone can give me help.
