A post from the moderators of the H-LATAM list I am on has just caught my eye.
They say that certain individuals have subscribed to the list, done a REVIEW
of the list, and then sold the list to other interested parties (I assume as a
sort of direct mail scheme).

Since there isn't any way of preventing this sort of abuse, the moderators
have decided to set the REVIEW function to Owner only. They have said that if
someone wants the list, a direct request to one of them would be fine.

Has anyone else had this problem yet? Is this the only solution?
