I agree that people should have the choice of being included or not.
 
   However, given that, for  example, I have to pay to  keep my name OUT
of the directory that NYNEX publishes and makes money off of, I wouldn't
hold  your breath  waiting for  someone with  morals to  take charge  of
network directory services ...
