Members all ready to subscribe but no site!
 
We are in need of a  no-cost site to host our list called, TIEL-L
which is all about Cockatiels.  The list would cover all facets of
care for the birds as well as any bird related questions.  There are
so many cockatiel owners all over the world and this list would fill a
need.  We would be a focused group and subscriptions as well as daily
messages would be minimal.
 
Won't you please help?
