Six of the most recent eight messages to arrive here were off subject
(didn't have to do with the problems of setting up or managing an L-Soft
LISTSERV list).  There are zillions of lists and topic groups (Info-Nets,
for example has been around longer than LISTSERV and is an appropriate
place to inquire about country codes).
 
If the list owners' list can't  maintain a high signal to noise ratio, then
Lord help us, or maybe it would make sense to NOPOST subscribers who aren't
actually listed as an owner on some list's header?
