Actually, this program may end up helping the cause. I can't think of any
legitimate reason for a normal ISP  customer to be allowed to open TCP/IP
connections to  port 25 of  any server. There  are various ways  in which
this can  be disabled  and perhaps when  the ISPs fall  prey to  the $249
easy-to-use program, they will take the necessary steps to prevent people
from using it.
