Notary bounce format has been added to  1.8c a long time ago. The problem
with unix  is sendmail, for  a change :-) If  the new feature  is popular
enough, I expect that  sendmail will be modified to work  with it, and if
nobody likes it, it won't matter. Besides, only 1 LISTSERV list in 5 runs
under sendmail, so it isn't as bad as it sounds.
