It does please me, as a list-owner, that L-Soft, Inc. "hears" the requests of it customers. Furthermore I'm glad to know that just because any single customer might be vociferous (and possibly repetitive) in stating their need for this or that, that L-Soft, Inc. listens to ALL of their customers and considers well the various business AND technical cases, even when one customer's need conflicts with another (either in timing of feature implemention, or feature creation). This is not new news. Thus it comes as no surprise that LISTSERV (tm) might not meet every customers' needs, either technically or financially. That is to be expected in a diverse marketplace. (The marketplace will "tell" them though just how well they are doing at meeting their needs.) That's how businesses stay in business. Keep up the good work! /Pete Weiss at Penn State
