Whatever additional features LISTPROC may have, but it still seems to be
missing one key feature, the DISTRIBUTE function which is essential
for us. Our university is on a 64KB link, and we can't afford hundreds of
copies of each piece of mail; especially if it contains the words
'Free magazine subscriptions!'    -turgut
