The original idea was that party  members would receive free shirts, thus
the T-shirts were a pre-req and we couldn't set a date until we knew when
we would have them.  The shirts took forever and I  expect that they will
be  ordered next  week.  Then it  takes  about  2 weeks  for  them to  be
delivered. Anyway  I agree  that it  is definitely  time to  start making
concrete plans and set a date.
