You can either tell the subscriber to do so, or do it for him/her: SET <listname> shorthdr for <useraddress> Or I suppose you could set it that way for the entire list by using wild cards: set <listname> shorthdr for *@* I thought you could set the default of the list itself that way too, but can't find that in the documentation.
