This one: 97 12/28 01/08 [log in to unmask] will never get deleted because the actual address subscribed to your list is [log in to unmask] . 99% probablility. :) The problem is that the MAIL-E2B.GNN.COM machine isn't sending back the original address as the bouncer. So LISTSERV receives the bounce but can't do anything with it because [log in to unmask] is not subscribed to the list and LISTSERV doesn't do "fuzzy matching" to decide that the slightly- different address on the list is actually the culprit... Now, if [log in to unmask] isn't on your list, then the mail is getting forwarded to [log in to unmask] from some other address. And that's where tracking things down gets hairy. Don't you have subscription renewal on your list, e.g., "Renewal= 6-Monthly" or some such? Nathan
