Subject: Written article on owning?

Last week I made a detailed 90 minute presentation on list owning.

Considerations and management decisions and opportunities
unrelated to any particular software program.

I made such a good outline <grin> that I'm considering developing
it into a written article.

If I had ideas on where to seek to publish it.

Suggestions?
