Given that the Attorneys-General of 44 US states have been in discussion with AOL's lawyers over the problems which AOL created for themselves by allowing "unlimited" access, I suspect that any E-mail to AOL employees would just be a "drop-in-the-bucket" compared to the deluge from their customers. Have patience; certainly, the "list-owners" of mailing-lists should understand this most of all, and have a little sympathy.
