I have a question for yuns.
I run a list called upsndowns, and have a few members who just wont follow
the rules on no flames.

What is the command to BAN an address from the list.

I know the NO POST COMMAND, but how do I make it so an address cannot
subscribe period.

Does this have something to do with the Filter = in the config header?
