unless you are ALREADY subscribed but with the NOMAIL distribution
option, in which case you'll want to SET LSTSRV-L MAIL at the
LISTSERV(R) peered host where your subscription is being maintained.

Alternatively, don't subscribe at all and view it (lurker mode)
on the WEB http://eva.dc.lsoft.com/archives/lstsrv-l.html
