Most word processors or databases can import a text file, then you'll have a searchable/editable database. The database type of solution is easier, or you can even go into a spreadsheet and then export into a WP or DB. I maintain a information database for a much smaller list by doing a rev listname by name noh and then saving it as a text file, editing out the headers, and sending it into the database. Sometimes you'll need the additional step of inserting commas, but there is probably a way around it. Any good programmer should be able to stream it into something useable. Sounds like a fun challenge! (did I say that?)
