Add them if you want.....but few are repeat offenders, so I consider it pretty much a waste of time, except for the mainline big spammers. And, if you have your list set for review=editor,(listname), then VERY few spammers will ever get anything thru....and even more sure if you require confirmation on subscriptions. Just not worth the spammers' time to do that.
