Whoops, I was not as specific as I needed to be. I need to add overall ListServ maintainers ( as defined in the go.users file under Postmaster=) that have administrator privileges (such as reviewing ALL lists, using put/get on ALL lists) without having them receive administrative messages from listserv such as serve outs, bounces, etc. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email or call.
