Really. Another explanation: perhaps she is receiving a MIME digest and misunderstanding what her mail software does. I went around in circles with a guy on just this problem last week: he only had one subscription, and it was in digest mode (MIME, in fact), but he insisted he was receiving not only the digest but also individual messages. I did all the usual ("Are you possibly subscribed from two addresses? Maybe one at bigfoot.com?" etc.), but apparently wasn't working on his problem fast enough, because he mail-bombed me by forwarding me multiple copies of the digest =and= the individual messages. At which point, it was obvious from the headers on the individual messages that they hadn't come directly via the mailing list, but instead were being extracted from the digest by his program. I have no idea what mail software he was using (did I say I was a tad annoyed with him at this point, and wasn't real interested in prolonging the correspondence?), but this sounds like another similar case. If the subscriber is subscribed to the digest in MIME, try toggling them to NOMIME -- the problem may go away... Karen
