On the lawsch-l, we have zealous advocates for *both* fora- people who prefer Usenet because then the mail is threaded and doesn't clutter their mailbox, and people who prefer mail because they don't want to configure a newsreader for one list, or they don't know about Usenet, or they want the mail delivered. The numbers seemed about equal on both sides, and I don't see how one side automatically deserves more weight than the other. There are people who want both, so I want to provide both.
